From the airport to the city:
BUS: A regular bus service operates from the airport to the center of Aberdeen and from the bus station to the airport Guild Street. The service is more common on weekdays than weekends. It is the best and most effective way to travel to and from the airport. A single ticket costs £ 1.30. Journey time is approximately one hour.
TAXI: Taxis are available at the stop is right outside the terminal building. Journey to the center of Aberdeen is about 20 minutes (when no traffic). Taxi may be the best means of transportation to and from the airport, but it is also more expensive than the train or bus. The trip will cost £ 20-30 depending on traffic.
In Edinburgh Airport there is a bus service to Aberdeen railway station. Journey time is approximately 2.5 hours.
