The academic center in Malta is simply amazing.
It is located in a nice area called St. Julians - Pembroke. It is very close to the area with the most nightlife on the island, with terraces and restaurants, and is 30 minutes from Valletta by bus.
The school was founded in 1992. The complex consists of apartments, rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, beach volleyball court ... etc.. A perfect place to relax and study. The nationalities of the students at the school are varied; most are German, Italian, Dutch, Austrians, Spanish, Turkish and Russian.

It is ideal for students who want to live and integrate into a different culture. Sharing meals with your hosts every day, you will have the opportunity to enjoy relaxed family situations in which to practice and improve your language. Cleaning service: every day the rubbish will be collected, and once a week the sheets will be changed and the common areas will be cleaned. During high season, the apartments can be outside the residential complex, a short walk away (10 to 15 minutes)
The apartments are usually different: sometimes they are chalets, sometimes there are several apartments in the same building. You will need to organise washing your clothes in the laundry in the residential complex or in any other laundries near the apartment.

The Comfort apartments are in the same school complex. They are shared apartments with three bedrooms. Each apartment has two double bedrooms and one single, or three doubles, and a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Maximum six students.
Housekeeping: the rubbish will be collected daily and twice a week the sheets are changed and all public areas are cleaned. All have air conditioning.

The apartments are within the school complex. Studios are apartments of one double room which can be used individually. This option is ideal for those students seeking more independence who do not want to share an apartment. they all have air conditioning. If you choose the double accommodation option, you will share the room with another student of the same sex, similar age and probably a different nationality.
Housekeeping: the rubbish is collected daily, and twice a week the bed linen and towels are changed. There is internet connection (need to pay for this)

To get to Malta you can fly with:
The distance from the airport to our school is 15 kilometers.
TAXI: The taxi can take approximately 20 minutes and costs about 20-25 Euros. These are the "white taxis" which are available at the airport.
Private taxis such as "Wemblys" must be booked in advance but provide a better service.
Bus: If you want to go to school by bus you must take the number 8 to the bus station in Valletta, from there you can take another bus to St Andrew´s.
