Nottingham is a British city that has around 300,000 inhabitants. It has been one of the exponents of the industrial revolution, has one of the best castles on the island, but it is not all industry and economy in Nottingham as the cultural space is very broad, with many different museums and the leisure areas near the canals where you can eat and drink. 

Places to visit in Nottingham

• Nottingham railway station, as the network can have great views of the castle and the area of Wilford, where you can walk by the canal and admire the boats, and best of all the bars and restaurants that can be found on the river, at night this is very popular in Nottingham. 
• Brewhouse Yard and Cuevas Castle Rock, can be found just below the castle, the five houses from the 17th century, and belongs to the country style of the area, here you can find culture with concerts and shops, as well as amazing caves where you will be able to appreciate the archaeology of the British Geological Survey.
• Visit the castle, it is older than 600 years old and has always been very involved in the British crowing since King William the Conquerer to the era of Henry VIII. At the entrance you can see the famous statue of Robin Hood, it is a bronze statue that was built in 1952 and is 7ft tall, next to the statue you can find a series of plaques that recreate different scenes of Robin Hood.
• Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem, considered the oldest inn in England, the building dates back to 1189, it was a relaxing place for the Crusaders on their trips to the holy lands, here you can eat and drink as they did in ancient times
